During our live workshops, skills and approaches are introduced, practiced on video, reviewed with a coach and refined through more practice. Because we work so closely with every person we train, we know that the path to improvement is different for everyone. We also know that the personal responses people have to presenting—their assumptions, anxieties and habits—must be taken into account. As a result, our methodology has been molded by the people we train, not the other way around.

Soft Skill Training Online?
Unlike training designed to transfer information from trainer to trainee, communication skill development requires a careful, nuanced approach. So we thought a lot about whether we should develop a series of online training courses focusing on presentation skills. After all, we believe a live workshop (like the one described above) is the best environment in which to learn. Would an online course be beneficial to our clients? In the end, we decided the answer was yes. Here's why:
- When a live course isn’t possible, these courses are the next best thing. Because our online courses are based on a methodology that has evolved over 20 years of in-class training, we know they provide practical, tested recommendations.
- There are a lot of presentation skills training programs, DVDs and books out there that are, frankly, ineffective. Some are harmless. Others make matters worse. All of them fall short of the personal, real-life insight these courses provide.
We know our methods are unique and on target. We also know that online training, when done right, can spark your ability to think critically about your approach and develop your skills. So, when attending a live workshop isn’t feasible, our online presentation skills training courses are here for you. Compare our online courses.
